Karla is a very professional, well trained coach. Her preparation for workouts is outstanding and her knowledge is well beyond that of other trainers I have worked with. Karla is the best! Awesome workout program. All you need is some open space and maybe a few basic tools like a dumbbell. She'll bring the rest. Survive and you'll achieve your fitness goals. If you don't survive, you'll at least die looking super fit and hot. 5/5 Stars and would recommend to anyone. Travel time to the "gym" now takes 5 seconds and can be cut down to 3 if you show some hustle.

Working with Karla has been phenomenal! This is my first time working with a personal trainer and before starting, I knew nothing about exercise & nutrition and had gained quite a bit of weight so naturally I was a little nervous to reach out for help and was scared of being judged, but it’s been the #1 best decision I’ve ever made. She welcomed me in with open arms and without any judgement - just pure warmth and acceptance. Every week, I feel more and more empowered as she teaches me about exercise, nutrition, mindset, habits and identity. I feel the mindset shift happening and I’m so glad I know how to read food labels now and what food I should be nourishing my body with. I absolutely love that she shows up at my door for every workout session (especially on days when I don’t feel like exercising) - she really makes it fun and I look forward to it every week! I had always been the person to sign up for a gym membership & then never go because I would get gym anxiety and not know what to do, but I now know so many different exercises that are helping me reach my goals so overall, I feel a lot more confident. Ever since working with a personal trainer, I can’t imagine myself without one, it makes everything SO much more fun and enjoyable. A truly valuable asset. If you’re thinking about doing this, it will turn out to be one of the best decisions you ever make.
Honestly I have been training with Karla since 2018! She is the best! if you address your injuries she is knowledgable enough to help you strengthen your weak points while considering them, and working on those injuries if possible too!! She has helped me overcome pains that I have had and takes time to explain every routine, as patience is key to get to a clients head and for clients to know exactly what they are doing and what muscle they are targeting. You won't find a better trainer than karla! I have tried training with her in person and online and she is as helpful online as in person! Most importantly, this girl holds you accountable for your goals :D <3 <3
